To be eligible for a refund, we require proof of purchase in the form of your order number and you must cancel your order before your devices are shipped. 
 
If you ordered a customized metal card to be eligible for a refund, we require proof of purchase in the form of your order number and you must cancel your order before your metal card(s) is engraved. Once your metal card is engraved you are NOT eligible for a refund.

If you are not satisfied with your custom metal card, we will replace it.

If you selected a solid or KochPro branded card in your bundle we will ship your bundle the next business day of your date of purchase.  If you selected a customized option, we will ship your order within 3-4 business days from the date of purchase.  Priority mail shipping via USPS typically takes 3-7 days but could take up to 10 in rare circumstances (10 days to Hawaii). We offer upgraded shipping at the time of checkout.

ORDER PROCESS

STEP 1 | ORDER

Pick your product, select the quantity and configure the product by selecting how you would like your card(s) engraved. If you would like to engrave your name and/or title, provide such information in the customize options. Then, place your order through our secure website. If you would like to add your logo and/or QR Code, please email it to us at hello@thekochpro.com with your order number. Or you can reply to the automatic email sent after your purchase is confirmed. Once confirmed, you will be assigned an in-house project manager to begin with Step 2: Artwork.

 

STEP 2 | PROOFING PROCESS

In 48 hours or less, you will receive a digital proof for your metal. Our in-house team knows how to make you look luxurious! Review your digital proof and note any changes, or approve your design. This digital proofing process is exciting, so remember to have fun and only approve once you are sure that you absolutely love your design. Remember, 100% satisfaction is guaranteed! We will replace your card if you are not satisfied.  

 

 

STEP 3 | PRODUCTION & SHIPPING

After approving your artwork design, your card will be engraved. This process takes roughly 3-5 business days for large orders, or as quickly as 24-hours for single orders. 

If you selected a KochPro branded or solid metal card, we will ship your order the next business day. If you selected a customized option, we will ship your order within 3-4 business days. We offer Free shipping via USPS typically takes 2-7 days but could take up to 10 in rare circumstances (10 days to Hawaii). We offer upgraded shipping options of 1-2 day and 2-3 day available at checkout. 

We print each card by laser engraving every card according to your choice. You can add just your logo or your name and title, or keep it simple with just your name. Choose from one of the following custom engraving options:

Option 1: Name Only

Option 2: Name + Title 

Option 3: Logo Only ($10)

Option 4: Logo + Name (+$10)

Option 5: Logo + Name + Title (+$20)

Option 6: Logo + Name + Title + QR Code ($20)

Option 7: Logo + QR Code  ($10)

Option 8: Logo + QR Code + Name (+$20)

This luxurious metal card will engrave silver for a complete luxury look. 

You can select your font type or we can design your metal card for you and email you a proof for approval.  

A proof will be emailed and/or texted to you for approval. Once you approve your metal card design it will move to production. Once the metal card is engraved no changes to the design can be made. We will email you if we have any issues with the logo or QR code that you provided us.

How fast does my item ship?

We will ship your smart card 1-3 business days from the date of purchase on single custom orders and 3-5 business days for large orders. We use USPS or UPS, whichever service provider that offers the faster shipping option for you, per the shipping option you select at the time of checkout. Typically orders can take 2-7 days but could take up to 10 days in rare circumstances (10 - 11 days to Hawaii). 

 

Bulk orders are unique and your assigned sales person will let you know when you can expect your order. 

 

I selected  the "name + title" option, what font(s) do you use?

Our design team will create a mockup for you using font(s) that are appealing and make your metal card look luxurious. If you like a different font,please note that on the proof and your project manager will make the adjustment and send you a new proof for approval. 

I selected a customized option that requires my logo and/or QR Code, how do I send my logo and/or QR Code?

Email your logo and/or QR code to hello@thekochpro. Please add your order number in the subject line of the email. Or simply respond to the automated confirmation email immediately after purchase and upload your logo or QR code to the email.

Does the devices work on Android phones?

Yes.

• For Androids, hold the back of your metal card within 1/2 inch of the backside-middle of the phone for 1 - 3 seconds. Android users MUST have their NFC technology feature setting turned on or it will not work on their devices.
• For Androids, hold your sticky token, key chain, or wristband within 1/2 inch of the backside-middle of the phone for 1 - 3 seconds. Android users MUST have their NFC technology feature setting turned on or it will not work on their devices.
• For iPhones, hold your KōchPro device within 1/2 inch of the top-center of your iPhone (front or back) for 1 - 3 seconds.

• You do NOT need your camera to tap. The tap function will NOT work if your camera is on. 

• You ONLY need to use your camera if you have a KochPro profile and are using your QR code.
