To be eligible for a refund, we require proof of purchase in the form of your order number and you must cancel your order before your device(s) are shipped.

Athletic smart band orders include free Priority Mail.

If you order an athletic smart band only we will ship your band the next business day of your date of purchase.  

If you ordered a customized smart card, we will ship your order within 3-4 business days from the date of purchase.  

For large orders, we will ship your order within 5-7 business days from the date of purchase.

Priority mail shipping via USPS typically takes 3-7 days but could take up to 10 in rare circumstances (10 days to Hawaii). We offer upgraded shipping at the time of checkout.

ORDER PROCESS

STEP 1 | ORDER

Pick your product, select the quantity, pick a membership (if applicable).  Then, place your order through our secure website. If you have any issues, please email it to us at hello@thekochpro.com with your order number. Or you can reply to the automatic email sent after your purchase is confirmed. Once confirmed, you will be assigned an in-house project manager to begin with Step 2: PACKAGING & SHIPPING.

 

STEP 2 | PACKAGING & SHIPPING

If you ordered an individual band or a small amount of bands the in-house project manager will package your order and ship it the next business day. 

If you ordered a large amount, we will ship your order within 3-4 business days.

We offer Free shipping via USPS and it typically takes 2-7 days but could take up to 10 in rare circumstances (10 days to Hawaii). We offer upgraded shipping options of 1-2 day and 2-3 day available at checkout.
